Marcello Crini, an expert and food and wine enthusiast, is the mentor behind Il Cavaliere.
Chef Nearco Boninsegni leads the Cavaliere’s kitchen with his soul steeped in Chianti gastronomy and culture, together with Silvia Mazzotti heart of Romagna and Chianti citizenship with a all-around experience in most important kitchens of Italian restoration, Andrea Falciai and Tommaso Simoncini the young promises of Il Cavaliere.
Responsible for the reception and lounge at Il Cavaliere is Dean Radomir, along with Matteo Gensini and Francesco Favati, the Chianti rock stars, and Sofia Manetti the smile in the room at Il Cavaliere.
